Programmes
Among the number
of programmes made by Radio Lumbini, some are scheduled for the
children's welfare too. As children are the light of the nation,
we need to encourage, upgrade and develop them so that they could
enlighten the community, society and then the nation.
Keeping this
in mind, we, Radio Lumbini, aims at upgrading the original capacity
of children from songs, drama, essays, jokes, etc. One of our targets
is to aware guardians, teachers, schools, professors and the whole
society as well. We also focus on the interest and hobby of the
capable students by providing opportunity in the radio. We try to
provide them the moral education and the vision on things that should
be done and the one that must not be. Hence, we always try to help
them to be a capable citizen. Following are the programmes made
for children:-
Lukamari
- This programme is broadcast on Sunday and it includes creation,
word game and brief conversation of the students of different classes
of the same school.
Kathakurthungri
- This
is broadcast on Monday which includes stories, jokes, poems, songs,etc.
Children's drama
and riddles which are broadcast on Tuesday.
On Wednesday
different kinds of information, personality introduction, a story
named "Rukhbaje Suganati", competition of reciting poems
beginning with the last letter of the last word.
Bifebaal
Sansar -
It includes songs, poems, jokes, etc. in Bhojpuri language.
Khisa
- It also includes songs, poems, jokes in Bhojpuri language.
Bhujhouli
- It includes
riddles in Bhojpuri language.
Foolbari
- It is Friday's programme in which there is a participation of
children as well as adults but the subject matter is about children.
For instance, interviews with guardians, teachers, etc.
Quiz
Competition
- This is scheduled for Saturday which is among different schools.
